About Mary Bash

As a Facilities and Operations Coordinator at PPG, I manage the daily operations ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient work environment. I also assist in the planning and execution of various projects, such as renovations, expansions, and upgrades, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. I also use various Human Resource skills for our maintenance workers. I have over three years of experience in facilities and operations management, as well as technical engineering and administration. I am a certified project manager and have completed several courses in Auto CAD, space planning, excel/pivot tables. I am also CPR and BLS certified as well as a human resource certification. I also have extensive knowledge of the medical field. 20 hours of clinical training and 2 years in a tech school for health science. I plan to go back to school 2025 to further my degree. My mission currently is to optimize the use of physical resources, reduce costs, and enhance productivity and sustainability. I am passionate about creating and maintaining high-quality facilities that support the vision and values of PPG.
