I previously held a South Dakota Life and Health Insurance Producers License-I previously worked as a customer service representative for a bonding company for 7 years; I trained the incoming customer service reps on 'telephone etiquette'. I also supervised 6 customer service reps while in this position-Have attended several seminars and workshops throughout my career. Majority of my background is insurance, administering employee benefits, performing payroll duties, customer service and administrative work. I also have extensive business experience, strong computer and technical skills. I have excellent communication skills (oral and written), customer service, telephone etiquette and office etiquette skills. I have strong organizational and prioritization skills; I have great attention to detail, mathematical skills and go above and beyond what is expected of me.
