I've grown to embrace that I am a nerd - impossibly curious and eager to deep dive into a particular subject, to learn and grow. That mindset has become a powerful asset allowing me to adapt in dynamic environments, connect across disciplines, and find common ground with all kinds of collaborators My background spans research, data, and operations, all grounded in a deep care for people and the systems that shape our world. I’ve worked on projects that range from scaling new technologies to building data pipelines and problem solving emergent system issues. I enjoy translating raw information into something insightful and actionable. What motivates me most is helping others succeed. Turning on that investigative brain to understand how something works - or why it doesn't - and teasing out a solution that balances sometimes competing needs. It brings me real satisfaction to clear obstacles and make good work easier to do. I do my best work with thoughtful teams who care about what they’re building—and how they build it.
