About Mary Beth Ocain

As a Clemson MBA candidate and a licensed realtor at Home Advantage Realty, I combine my passion for business and real estate to provide excellent service to my clients and my team. I work in relocation services, assisting individuals and families who are moving to or from the Columbia area, and connecting them with the best agents and resources in their destination or origin markets. I also leverage my management and supply chain background to enhance the operations and systems of Home Advantage Realty, a local real estate boutique that prides itself on quality, integrity, and community. I train and mentor new agents, share tips and tricks for working with buyers, and recruit seasoned agents who share our vision and values. I am actively involved in various community service initiatives, such as the Junior League of Columbia, Family Promise, and Habitat for Humanity, where I apply my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact.
