My experience includes: eight years of hospital nursing, twenty-two years of Director of Nursing in the skilled nursing care setting, seven years of part time work as a Legal Nurse Consultant and six years as a Nursing Home Administrator. I am licensed in the state of Colorado as Registered Nurse and a Nursing Home Administrator. I am currently working part time as a RN Case Manager for a home health agency and full time as a RN Physical Coordinator for an insurance company. My certifications include: Gerontological Nurse Certification, Director of Nursing Certification, Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. My company MBB Litigation and Clinical Consult, LLC specializes in providing in-depth record review and analysis, researching the standard of care, and applying critical thinking skills and problem-solving expertise to identify compliance or deviations from the standard of care, articulating findings in a verbal and/or written report to attorneys or insurance companies and serving as a Clinical Consultant for Skilled Nursing Facilities.
