My career spans leadership roles at General Electric and Cytiva (a Danaher company), where I’ve driven operational excellence, strategic capital allocation, and M&A integration across complex, multinational environments. I specialize in aligning operational strategy with long-term business goals, enabling scalable growth, and building resilient supply chains. I’ve led global teams of managed $2.5B operations, and helped scale revenue from $3B to $6B in just 18 months during the COVID-19 pandemic. As Founder & Principal of Blenn Consulting, I now advise life sciences and MedTech companies on business transformation, risk governance, and capital investment strategy. I also serve on the Strategic Advisory Board of Ori Biotech, supporting commercialization in the cell and gene therapy space.
