About Mary Boyle

As a dedicated professional with a diverse background in military operations, customer service, and leadership, I bring a unique blend of skills honed through years of service in the US Navy and Army, as well as civilian roles in logistics, education, and veteran support. Throughout my career, I’ve excelled in delivering exceptional customer service across a variety of settings—from managing logistics as an over-the-road Class A Commercial Driver to providing personalized guidance as a Career Counselor Assistant in the Navy. My ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and ensure satisfaction has been central to my success in each role. In the military, I developed a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility while serving as an Early Warning Operator and maintaining security on military watch. These roles taught me how to quickly assess situations, mitigate risks, and safeguard personnel and assets, skills that directly translate into managing client needs and operational challenges in civilian life. I’m passionate about mentorship and guiding others toward their goals, whether it’s helping service members advance their careers or supporting first-generation college students as a Peer Mentor. In every position, I’ve been driven by the desire to uplift and support those around me, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement needed to succeed.
