Prepare analysis of benefits in contracting with new supplier. • Responsible for contract audits. Maintain monthly statistics of volume and revenue by specific contract for each member facility. Review trends and anomalies and report to staff. Continue monitoring until discrepancies are resolved. • Work with Revenue Recovery Team to conduct semi-annual audits of reported volume and revenue. • Responsible for dissemination of all communications/emails to participating members. • Provide customer service to members. • Monitor online contract activation and follow-up with reminders accordingly. • Manager of the Iroquois Employee Services Program, an online discount program for healthcare employees. Serve as the liaison to our vendor partner. Provide customer service to facilities and to individual employees when issues arise. Manage all ESP communications and create monthly and vendor promotional ESP newsletters. • Recruit entities for membership into the group purchasing program, and employee discount program. MEETING PLANNER SPECIALIST - Meeting Planner working closely with several health care groups including nursing, human resources, information officers, medical directors, etc. Coordinate all aspects of meetings from registration, venue, travel arrangements and menu.
