About Mary Buers

Wrangling problems and lassoing solutions! I'm Mary, a passionate Customer Support Specialist with experience spanning from esports to tech startups, and a knack for turning tricky problems into smooth solutions. My career has been focused on crafting narratives- from turning around upsetting customer stories, to uniting teams under the banner of their metric success. In my roles at Blizzard, UserVoice, Lightstream, and now Kudoboard, I’ve honed my skills in process optimization, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can build genuine relationships, support team success, and bring empathy to every interaction. When I’m not wrangling support tickets or leveling up support operations, you’ll find me diving into creative side projects, gaming, following esports, baking new recipes, or enjoying a good philosophical debate. Let’s connect! I love chatting about customer experience, innovative support tools, and anything related to creative problem-solving!
