About Mary Chaisson

I'm a project-directed, highly organized, communicative self-starter with a penchant for problem solving who also enjoys facilitating, presenting and laughing. My skills empower and inspire small business owners as I teach, coach and help them find joy in all aspects of running a business: visioning, leadership, marketing, personnel/ financial management, development and exit strategies. In addition to creating written and visual educational content, I also present in-person, online and connect individually with them. In spring of 2018, I created a goal development and planning workshop for Music Together Worldwide licensees. 74% of the center directors that participated increased their business, or in this case, their enrollments an average of 48% after 18 months. Project specific, this spring I managed a contract for providing early childhood music classes to the entire Richmond, Virginia Public School system. 5 music specialists taught 65 in-person classes to over students from January through the end of May. All coordinated from my remote position in Florida! From fall 2020 through summer 2021, I organized, promoted, and managed a project for Music Together Worldwide providing online parent/child music classes to the global employees of Cisco. We hired teachers from around the U.S. to teach families who joined virtual class from Australia, Belgium, Croatia, Ecuador, India, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea and the U. K, just to name a few. I’ve also initiated, planned, promoted and coordinated a virtual Town Hall connecting the executive team at Music Together Worldwide with over licensees from around the globe. During the meeting, I was on-camera facilitating and handling the Q&A, loving every second of it!
