I partnered with Ziegler to refinance bond debt with fixed rate direct bank placement loan, recognizing $3 million dollars of saving over the 17-year term. I design, prepare and present financial packages for Board of Trustees and various committees. I led the management portion of the resident finance committee, presenting financials and stats, budgets and audits.
