About Mary Compton

I am an independent/detail-oriented professional with over 15 years of experience in a fast-passed environment. One of my greatest passions is finding better ways to get the job done while increasing profitable revenue! My intellectual curiosity brings out my ability to add value through customer-centric solutions, order management, process improvements, and technology enablement. I’m continuously inspired to learn new ways of doing business through collaborations with people and technology resources. My diverse experience and background allows me to be effective and confident working remotely or on-site with all levels. As a Process Improvement Specialist, I collaborated with cross-functional project teams at all levels from individual contributors, developers, subject matter experts, leadership, and senior leadership. Together we transformed the business processes and technology while focusing on gained efficiencies and an improved customer experience. Over $1.5 million in revenue was generated through the new technology we designed, tested, and deployed for over 700 associates and a multitude of customers! Previously, I was a successful Account Manager, where I provided excellent customer service to many of the company’s largest customers. My mission was to have a comprehensive understanding of all of the company’s products and services so I could provide the best customer experience possible. My earlier career experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, maintenance, and graphics services provided me with a comprehensive foundation and the skill sets necessary to succeed and grow forward! When I’m not working, I love camping and boating along the Wolf River in Wisconsin with family and friends. My husband and I also enjoy making hand crafted wall décor wooden signs and visiting antique shops.
