About Mary Connor

Adaptable and driven. I’m a student at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University–Bloomington, pursuing a double major in Finance and Business Analytics, with a co-major in Leading Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Organizations. I’m actively involved in Alpha Omicron Pi, Women & Company, and CHAARG, an all-women’s wellness group that encourages strength through community. Growing up in six different states and serving as my high school’s Student Body President helped shape my passion for leadership, inclusivity, and relationship-building. These experiences strengthened my ability to adapt, lead, and connect across a variety of cultures and communities. Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue exploring industries that allow me to refine my interests while developing a broad, cross-functional business foundation. I’m especially drawn to organizations that prioritize values-driven leadership, diverse perspectives, and social impact. Long term, I aspire to lead with empathy and influence in an organization where talent, purpose, and philanthropy align.
