With over 20 + years of experience as a physician and medical director, I am passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered, and evidence-based care. I have expertise in clinical care, patient safety, medical education, and performance improvement. I currently work as a physician at VIPcare, a leading provider of primary care services for seniors. At VIPcare, I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients. I use my skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral to ensure optimal health outcomes. I also participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and professional development activities. Previously, I served as the medical director of WeCareMD, where I was responsible for the medical oversight, direction, and leadership of the organization. I established and maintained standards of care, supervised and mentored the medical staff, and liaised with the administration and the community. I also worked as the medical director of Floyd Urgent Care, Rockmart, where I managed the daily operations and clinical services of the facility.
