I hold a B.S. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Policy, Planning & Law from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. My academic journey was deeply shaped by studying on the ancestral lands of the Onondaga Nation and engaging in field programs such as the SEA Education Association semester at sea, which strengthened my understanding of Indigenous histories, environmental justice, and the importance of community-led stewardship. Professionally, I specialize in sustainability and health & safety, blending technical expertise with advocacy and relationship-centered leadership. As a Sustainability Practitioner and Industrial Hygiene Technician at Antea Group, I have developed skills in climate risk water analysis, carbon emissions accounting, environmental compliance, and industrial hygiene fieldwork—supporting organizations in advancing sustainable and safe practices. Currently, as a Health & Safety Specialist at Salesforce, I lead critical programs across 11 sites in the AMER region, including managing the global First Aid, AED, and CPR compliance program where I raised compliance from 20% to 100% within one quarter. I oversee Emergency Response Team training tailored to local needs, foster a culture of safety and preparedness, and serve as an FDNY-certified Fire Warden coordinating onsite safety during major events. My work is driven by a commitment to build environments where people feel safe, empowered, and respected. I believe in transforming safety and sustainability from mere checklists into cultures grounded in care, communication, and resilience. Outside of work, I am passionate about environmental justice, Indigenous advocacy, storytelling, and continuous learning, including advancing my Spanish language skills.
