Went on to pursue her bachelors of science degree in healthcare management from Philadelphia University after working as a staff nurse for many years at Saint Mary Medical Center. She received her MBA from Holy Family University.Has several years of experience in case management, performance improvement, was a clinical practice manager of a sleep disorder center for Allegheny University hospital, as well as experience with Medicare reimbursement for emergency services. Coordinator of admissions for acute rehab, and intake and marketing experience with national PACE programs. Manager of Intake for a home infusion company. Responsible for leading a heart failure team initiative to decrease hospital stay and improve best practice outcomes. Marketing/Outreach for Saint Mary Health. Was director of Business Development for Lower Bucks Hospital, which is part of Prime healthcare. Currently an Oncology Liaison for the US oncology network promoting Alliance Cancer Specialists. Spokesperson and advocate and survivor for the Susan G Komen foundation for breast cancer. Has been featured on NBC news night line, as well as KYW 3 for breast cancer survivors stories. Had actively raised money and participated in the Komen 3 day walk as well as the race for the cure. Was named the 2010 breast cancer survivor of the year by The Susan G Komen foundation an Saint Mary Medical. Was honored as the YWCA woman who make a difference in 2017. Featured in the 2018 edition executive on the move. Is actively involved and speaks for the American Cancer Society. Relay for Life.
