Background/experience: Real estate agent since 2009, I’ve closed over 250 transactions while earning a very high client approval rating, recognized as a top producer in Big D and Fort Worth magazines. I have 30 years of sales/customer service experience along with 15 years of marketing experience. This experience has provided me with the skills to work with different styles of people and how to present things in a way which will get the best response. Education: Associates Degree in Accounting, Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). My accounting and business background assist me in understanding the numbers aspect of how different scenarios play out financially. The business education taught me about business, contracts, forms, and legal issues. This was a very holistic education which has tied in directly with my real estate education and experience. Certifications: I am a Certified Relocation Specialist. This means if you’re relocating, no matter what company you’re with, who you’re moving with, or what kind of relocation package you have, I have been certified to help you buy or sell. I work with several of the biggest relocation companies. I know the process and paperwork involved and can provide you an overview of the requirements ahead of time. My family and I relocated from Ohio to Midlothian in 2012. My daughter has attended Midlothian ISD since her 5th grade year. I enjoy spending time with her when she is home from college, date nights with my husband, walks with my dogs and entertaining friends and neighbors. Socializing feeds my soul which is one of many reasons I love my career in real estate.
