Self motivated Sales and Marketing Director with experience in healthcare, real estate and homebuilding industries. I have experience in training, marketing, process improvement, sales process, client interaction, customer service, business development, developing marketing plans, networking, public speaking at conferences, community events and fairs. Former advisors have titled me "Gorilla Glue" as I connect, support, and keep strong bonded relationships between people of diverse backgrounds. Designed and implements solutions to achieve marketing and sales goals consistently winning awards based on sales performance. I was recruited to new locations and communities because I excelled at problem solving distressed, under performing locations. I created marketing plans that would address the true source of the issues and ultimately created thriving communities. During my experience as an educator my sales training helped me excel at conflict resolution, outside the box thinking, and like a customer understanding the true needs of students/parents and how to support them. Teaching virtually and in person during the pandemic redefined the roles of an educator and taught a new level or perseverance, dedication, and resilience. I have self started numerous volunteer and advocacy projects for multiple education and healthcare non for profit organizations as speech writer, marketing advisor, chair member, fundraiser, researcher and media strategist.
