About Mary Grace Jarrett

My purpose is focused on peacebuilding and fostering environments that enable rigorous and clear communication. Over the past seven years, I have gained experience in the tech and banking sectors, where I have been part of organizations that experienced rapid hyper-growth. In these fast-paced environments, my strengths include navigating ambiguity, communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders, designing sustainable systems and solutions, and coaching team members on best practices while considering the subjective context to achieve collaborative outcomes. I also specialize in sound meditation, utilizing harmonic-rich instruments to guide listeners through an experience aimed at quieting the incessant noise of the mind. Through my sessions, participants are encouraged to delve into their inner selves, fostering a space of exploration and allowing for the presence of loving awareness to reach parts of themselves often left unexplored. My philosophy is that peacebuilding begins from within. By cultivating a nurturing environment within our own minds and bodies through self-love and compassion, we become better equipped to embrace our inherent contradictions and meet the contradictions of others with grace.
