About Mary Halpin

As the internal communications manager at On Lok, I create and oversee all content and channels that connect and engage our diverse staff. I have a passion for fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and inclusion across the organization. I partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop communication strategies that support business transformation and reinforce On Lok's core values. I also report to the Chief People Officer and provide insights and feedback on employee satisfaction and engagement. Some of my recent achievements include launching a communication portal, standardizing executive leadership communications, and aligning a comprehensive communication strategy with our strategic plan. I collaborate and find new ways to improve and innovate our communication infrastructure and practices.
