About Mary Jordan

As a registered nurse with almost 14 years of experience, I have developed a strong skill set in nursing management and emergency care. I have worked as a travel registered nurse for various healthcare organizations, providing quality patient care in diverse settings. Currently, I am working as a registered nurse at St. Joseph Health, where I monitor conscious sedation patients before, during, and after procedures such as blood clot retrieval, bleeding cessation, appliance introduction or removal, and biopsy. I assess patients' conditions, start IVs, interpret lab results, and educate patients on the procedure to ensure their comfort and understanding. I hold an Associate of Science degree in Nursing Education from Chattanooga State Community College and once a Certificate in Emergency Care Attendant (EMT Ambulance) from Cleveland State Community College. I am passionate about delivering compassionate and effective care to patients, and I continuously seek opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field of nursing.
