As a trainer and manager, I strive to focus on positive experiences and growth. Providing my team with the resources they need to succeed is my main goal. I work to ensure my team maintains the highest standards of claims management while meeting company metrics as well as government and internal regulations. Working with internal and external clients, I am able to outline the intricacies of claims management in a way that is comprehensible to customers, clients, account managers, brokers and sales consultants. I enjoy attending client calls to ensure compliance and customer service standards are met. Improving claims processes as concerns arise makes every day exciting. To ensure claims are managed appropriately and claims managers are developing, I consistently review claims for compliance to financial, customer service, and eligibility standards. When there are areas of improvement, I work to develop team members one-on-one or with a Mentor. As a team, we are successful because of our ability to pull together, looking at challenges as learning opportunities instead of failure.
