As a Life Enrichment Coach I partner to guide individuals and teams to engage in a thought-provoking process that inspires to maximize their potential with forward movement on their journey. Whether personal, family, relational, career, or health related, partnership to identify and set a more clear path with identified goals and strategies to reach them, leading to an increased quality of life. Although I can work with a variety of clientele, much of my expertise is to assist individuals, home care companies, and senior living establishments who serve a population with memory loss. Behaviors displayed by the individual with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia often become a leading reason for caretakers to under go much stress and anxiety. As a dementia coach and consultant I provide services to assist in helping assess the situation and create a plan going forward. I also create training programs and workshops for professional care teams, as well as discussions for family care partners. Going through any transition can be challenging. As a member, and current Treasurer, of the Ocean County Regional Ethics Committee, Ocean County Caregiver Coalition, and Caregivers Volunteers of Central New Jersey, I am able to continue my involvement in helping people work with a high degree of standards in ethics to serve our public with their needs, treating the situation and individual in a holistic manner. With a proven effectiveness at teaching, training, coaching, counseling, and management, this writer welcomes any challenge with great enthusiasm and knowledge.
