I help companies navigate enterprise-wide business initiatives that impact top-level strategies, change management, and revenue growth. In my current role as interim Sr. Director, Strategy Management Services with Mayo Clinic, I lead a team of 70 professionals for a $125M portfolio of strategic initiatives related to innovation, cost reduction and improved quality. Interfacing with executive leadership and managing high-priority initiatives fuels me. I enjoy the challenge of assessing and improving an organization’s workflow and systems usage to drive efficiency and operational optimization. My knowledge of industry trends, prior executive experience in health and pharmacy benefit management, and collaborative nature help me quickly put order to messy and challenging projects. I gather input and points of view to build trust and uncover problems so they can be solved in an efficient and organized way. Former managers have commended my ability to motivate others to accept change and inspire teams to rally around the strategic objectives.
