I am constantly delighted and amazed by infant and toddler development. There are so many facets of it within numerous domains, and they interact with each other and help to mold and define each child. I am also keenly aware of how a perceived disruption in any domain of a child's typical course of development can significantly throw many parents and families into a state of confusion. As an Occupational Therapist working in Infant Toddler Early Intervention for the last 13 years I have been privileged to play role in coaching parents and caregivers to be more confident and competent facilitators of their child's development. I love to watch parents learn their capacity to be their child's most knowledgeable advocate!
