I am currently a senior at Indiana University, studying Management in the school of Public and Environmental Affairs. I have gained a strong passion for customer and product management. I recently completed an internship at Per Scholas, which is a nonprofit organization that specializes in accelerated IT certifications. During my internship, I helped support professional development programs that empowered individuals entering the IT field.With over six years of experience in customer service, I have developed a foundation in communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration. My time in customer service has honed my ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service.I am excited to apply my education, internship experience, and customer service background in a future role in customer management or product management, where I can continue to contribute to dynamic teams and drive business success.
