In 2025, Amazon invited me to be a product tester and product review writer, as a member of their international Vine program. This opportunity enables me to try out Amazon products and then write about my personal experience and provide my honest opinions online, both positive and critical. My written reviews are consistently rated as "Top Review" by Amazon. I am open to other writing opportunities as well, as I love to write! I am an experienced professional, which includes eight years as a Career Advisor with The Art Institute of Seattle. In Olympia. In addition, I was honored to work in the Office of Governor Jay Inslee, as a member of the Constituent Services front-line communications team during Session. As both of these roles, I provided information, referrals, and assistance to Washington residents. My aim in every position I've ever held is to increase goodwill and provide stellar client service. Writing has always played a pivotal part in my work. As a Career Services professional in higher education for eight years, I assisted hundreds of graduates seeking career opportunities, as well as businesses seeking qualified employees. Partnering with both job seekers and employers, I'm adept at opening doors for candidates and cultivating business relationships. I achieved 100% placement in 11 of 29 quarters. In addition, I twice earned the "National Top Achiever" award among over 40 colleges in our system, a true reflection of my hard work and never-ending persistence to achieve goals. Subsequently, as an Advertising Account Executive in radio (KPLU) and print media (Seattle Weekly), I also collaborated on marketing, branding, and advertising solutions with diverse businesses in Seattle. After moving to Olympia in 2014, I worked on contract with several WA state agencies. The skills I have gained throughout my career have supported my current work writing reviews for Amazon. I began my career in Visual Merchandising and Retail Marketing with national retail companies that included Gimbels, Donaldson’s, Nordstrom, Frederick & Nelson, and I. Magnin. Based on my successful results, I was promoted to management within several of these companies. I eventually transitioned into being a self-employed Advertising Photography Stylist in Seattle. Main clients included Eddie Bauer, Nordstrom, REI, Millstone Coffee, Duty-Free, Nintendo, Brown & Haley, and many others. My specialized skill sets include creative product promotion and branding development to increase consumer interest and sales, both visually and in writing.
