Mary leads the DG Kraft (DGK) Group’s strategic services practice in support of entrepreneurial enterprises. Mary has significant experience from business startup through management of growth and acquisition phases. She has provided leadership in establishing corporate structure, business management processes, and financial management. Mary’s experience as a CFO and VP Administration includes working with several software and services firms in startup and business growth, including: • Startup support including business entity creation, business financial planning, legal services engagement, insurance programs setup, HR and recruiting management, and back office implementation. • Business merger and acquisition support including business financial planning, financial and business management consolidation of merged entities, and due diligence support for acquisitions. • Entrepreneurial enterprise business growth support in leading financial accounting and reporting, HR management, facility lease and operations management, and engagement management of business support services. Mary also has significant experience as a financial manager with enterprise level financial responsibility, including: • VP International Finance for a global financial services firm.
