Twenty years of Accounts Payable experience has taken me to a level beyond A/P clerk. Over the last few years I saved United Rentals an estimated a year. I was able to do this by following basic A/P procedures that includes: processing invoices accurately and timely, applying discounts, avoiding late fees, and reviewing monthly statements. As an Accounts Payable Research Analyst I will analyze and administer resolution of complex accounts payable problems by interacting with both internal and external sources. I will take advantage of discounts and open credits. All vendor statements will be analyzed and reconciled on a monthly basis’s. This will result in resolving disputed invoices and collecting credits on inactive accounts. I am strongly committed to the team-environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times.
