We work with organisations to help analyse, design, develop and deliver learning and change initiatives that can be evaluated to show clear impact. We have a deep appreciation of business needs and the impact that practical blended learning methods bring. Developing great leadership skills, management practice and communication is the key to success in the organisations we work with. I am passionate about organisations who strive for diversity, equality and fairness and I have always kept EDI as my specialist area throughout my career. I design blended learning that impacts leaders, teams and individuals and love to help organisations grow and flex through their people. I have had numerous roles in the field of learning development. My early retail management career added to over 25 years in Learning and Development in all three sectors means that my heart lies in the customer’s experience, whomever that customer may be. At Learning Solutions Matter we understand how learning can help leaders and managers improve their effectiveness whilst at the same time embracing the uncertainty and complexity of our rapidly changing world.
