30 years of banking experience. Many of those years were spent as a Relationship Associate, supporting multiple portfolios with their customer service, treasury management servicing, and loan processing needs. More recently, I managed an RA team of 12, located throughout the Houston Market, in 6 Business Banking offices. As a manager, I led a team with an emphasis on compliance and due diligence standards, as well as financial statement and documentation tracking. I am currently a Senior Loan Administrator for both Business Banking and Middle Market teams. I work directly with clients to support their credit servicing needs, and collection of financial monitoring requirements in a timely manner. I track reporting and the clearing of technical exceptions, maturing loans, annual reviews, and covenant monitoring. Additionally, I work directly with bankers and credit analysts to facilitate the loan closing process by ordering appraisals, flood determinations, and loan documentation. I also assist in the post closing process by ensuring accuracy in booking, documentation receipt by clients/outside council, and that all regulatory guidelines have been met.
