About Mary R.

My professional and personal focus has always been to write. My love of the written word extends beyond simply creating to include reviewing, editing, and critiquing as well. I have worked on the student paper at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts - The Beacon - as an A&E Writer, A&E Editor, and Features Editor. After graduation, I worked at The Manchester Journal, a weekly news publication for the Manchester, Vt region. I also have extensive restaurant experience, both from my personal cooking hobby and my previous jobs. I have managed Oh Crepe, a creperie on Main Street in North Adams, MA, worked as waitstaff at Ramuntos Pizza, and rotated through a variety of positions at Hot Tomatoes. Additionally, I have been honing my interpersonal skills for over a decade by working directly with the public in retail settings.
