About Mary Rose

I graduated from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in London United Kingdom. I worked for twenty years in small animal veterinary practice in several fields including general, emergency, and exotic practice before winding up my career in Europe as a practice manager. I have experience in staff hiring, inventory management, and customer service management. Since my arrival in the United States, I have worked in general, emergency, and hospice/end-of-life veterinary care. As well as my years of acquired veterinary knowledge and experience, I have a true passion for providing great customer service and truly believe that every pet and client deserves the best in customer care. I have a great interest in educating clients and for several years have written a blog educating people on how to care for their pets. I also proudly published my first book last year which was titled "Pet Loss & Children - A guide for parents". I am conscientious and work hard and love to go home at the end of the day knowing that I gave my best effort to my patients and their parents. I am also very supportive of our military and First Responders.
