MHC-LP, MA | Clinical Director | MBSR & Meditation Teacher I’m a mental health counselor (LP) and mindfulness educator with a background in trauma-informed care, group facilitation, and clinical operations. I currently serve as Clinical Director at MTG, where I support a growing team of clinicians, interns, and staff with systems that prioritize care, clarity, and sustainability. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, structured, and relational spaces — and that applies to therapy as much as it does to team culture. I bring experience from both clinical and wellness-tech spaces, and I specialize in group program development, onboarding and supervision systems, and collaborative team leadership. MBSR-trained, mindfulness-informed, and always learning.
