About Mary Rybarczyk

I am Epic ASAP certified for over 5 years and specialize in Epic ASAP implementation. I leverage my clinical experience as an emergency department nurse to ensure proper discovery, build, testing, and workflows are covered for a successful Epic implementation/go live. I have been primary ASAP lead in 9 implementations ranging from small EDs to major trauma centers. I have implemented for several Epic Community Connect clients which has allowed me to work in various states from coast to coast. I utilize my experience in ED charge capture to ensure revenue is captured and even improved upon go live. I am comfortable building and touching all aspects of the ASAP module. I have built strong relationships and worked closely with ED users including staff, managers, nursing directors, and medical directors, to assist them through the implementation process. I work well with other Epic module teammates to ensure integrated workflows are identified and work smoothly. I have supported go lives on site with each implementation and continue to support post implementation phase with break/fixes, optimizations, and maintenance of the ASAP module.
