I have helped to build a family business from a startup to a regional industry leader and have also trained employees to integrate lean practices and new technology as part of their culture and habits. Additionally, I am frequently sought out by community and global organizations to serve on quality and director boards, lead project teams, define organizational structures, or to develop strategic documents. I enjoy using my expertise to advise and partner with local business leaders, and I have created a strong local network of professional connections.
