About Mary Sharp

Nursing and leading have always been in my blood. I started “nursing” when I was five years old assisting my mother with the wound care that she needed, and as years went on I was able to perform her wound care on my own. This, of course, lead me to nursing school. Once I graduated nursing school and took my board exams I worked in the hospitals, then homecare where I was given the opportunity to lead/educate. I became a clinical manager and lead a group of nurses/therapist/home health aides. I left homecare to pursue an opportunity in running urgent care centers and risk management nationally for a large medical corporation. A decision was made to move Southern California where I was an Executive Director for a homecare network. However, an opportunity presented itself and I moved back to WNY and am currently a Director of Clinical Operations for a homecare agency that has the licensure to provide services in all 8 counties of WNY.
