About Mary Shocklee

I'm an educator with a passion for supporting teachers and students through meaningful relationship building and hands-on learning experiences. My work is driven by the desire to see schools serve as spaces for connection and growth. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in educational leadership. I'm focused on exploring ways higher education can better prepare and empower teachers to meet the evolving needs of their students and communities. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues and students to develop innovative learning environments, promote reflective practice, and strengthen school-university partnerships. I'm always open to research opportunities and collaborations that focus on teacher preparation, community engagement, and supporting transformational change in education.
