With over three decades of dedicated service in the non-profit sector, my journey has been fueled by a passion for empowering individuals and communities. I also believe that it is the responsibility of the paid and volunteer leaders of a nonprofit to ensure that the organization is strong and focused on its mission. I oversaw the successful merger of two smaller nonprofits which led to a dramatic expansion of our services from one county to eight counties and from budgets of under $1 million to a combined budget of over $5 million in 10 years.
