I have experience working with large groups of people and managing large projects, but I most enjoy working with a small group of equally dedicated individuals who support each other to produce a product that we can all be proud of. I have participated in all phases of the software development lifecycle, with the greatest emphasis on software QA and automated testing, and I have over a decade of experience writing code to test code. I am driven to find the root causes of problems and solve them. I am extremely detail-oriented and I have a reputation for not letting go of a problem until it is solved. Moreover, I strive to ensure that the solutions are long-term. This can mean solving a problem by creating durable and robust processes and tools that make life easier for their users in perpetuity. It can mean automating repetitive tasks to ensure that problems don't re-appear once solved. Solving a problem in the long term can mean creating documentation that has a strong underlying process in place to keep it maintained. Solving a problem in perpetuity always means building a strong team with a strong drive to do the right thing.
