Hi, I’m Maryna and I’ve had more than 2 years experience as a customer service representative at Teleperformance company. During my time there, I was able to meet all of the quality scores for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. This allowed me to encounter various types of customer personalities which in turn helped me hone my customer service skills. I was also awarded one of the best agent after just three months being with the company. I learned to hone my multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, and above all, being a team player. I also have experience in the educational area. I was working as a teacher for five years.
