SIer6SE20Intra-martSalesforceAIRPANTTServiceNowDXPM408 NTTPoCServiceNowSalesforceSIerIT - After graduating from university, I spent six years at an independent SIer as a programmer and systems engineer, participating in over 20 development and design projects and building a solid technical foundation. I then joined Fuji Xerox, leading solution planning using Intra-mart and Salesforce, and formulating marketing strategies with AI and RPA. At NTT Communications, I served as Project Manager for a company-wide DX initiative leveraging ServiceNow, successfully completing 8 projects in collaboration with 40 vendors. My career spans Accenture, NTT DATA, and Fujitsu, where I have engaged in PoC, maturity assessments, implementation support, standardization initiatives, and line management. My unique strength lies in driving ServiceNow and Salesforce implementations from all perspectives—end-user companies, SIers, and consulting firms—combining problem-solving ability with exceptional communication skills. Moving forward, I aim to leverage this expertise to accelerate clients’ transformation and deliver measurable results with lasting value.
