In my current role as VP, Global Account Director in the Global Customer Success Business Group, I've had the privilege of contributing to our global initiatives. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Yokohama National University, laying the foundation for a career spanning over two decades in sales within the manufacturing industry. My focus has always been on business administration and human resource management. I had the opportunity to lead Fujitsu's Sales DX project in 2021, an experience that deepened my understanding of effective leadership. Subsequently, I transitioned into IT project management within the automotive industry. Holding certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master, I continuously seek ways to enhance my skills.
