About Masereka Edwin

An Economist, Statistician and Pastor with proven experience in Administration, Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Project planning & Management and M&E. I started working as a Sales and Marketing Director at Tel-Chris Company Limited (dealing in Lubricants): just after University- I offered administrative support, accounts and Stores management- I dealt effectively with Total Uganda as pertaining the development of a reseller Channel for Lubricants. In 2015 I joined Trust Ventures Limited in Mbarara, where I served as a Sales executive- I single handedly opened up route sales in districts of Kabale, Ntungamo, Rukungiri, Isingiro, Sheema, Bushenyi, Rubirizi, Ibanda, Kamwenge, Lyantonde, Kiruhura, Kasese, Mbarara, Mbarara Municipality, and Ishaka Municipality- I trained the resellers in most of the districts above on safety and usage of Total Lubricants. From 2015 to 2019, I worked as a Project Director at Child Development Embassy( a child sponsorship program of C3 Church Bwera); at the same time I served as a location Pastor at C3 Church Bwera; leading teams, organizing and implementing all outreach programs, and Coordinating all operations of both the Church and the Project- My main roles as a project Director were- Sponsor and Partner relations - Advocacy and proposal writing - Budgeting and Reporting - General Administration - Leading staff and Volunteer teams - General Oversight to the Sponsorship program - Mentorship to the Children and Parents From 2017 I Started working with EAET Program - formerly a project of Paradigm Shift Global, but now adopted by C3 East Africa as part of the sustainability plan: I work as a Programs Manager. From Nov 2021 to Oct 2022 I worked as a Market Growth Champion for AISAW HODARI - a Consultancy Company that pioneered Marketing and Sales for RUBiS ENERGY UGANDA Lubricants(K-Lube). I currently work with RUBiS ENERGY UG. as a Lubricants Territory Manager. Above all I'm a dedicated Servant Leader who looks at the interests of others above my very own. I enjoy Serving a Vision bigger than Me.
