About Mason Baxter

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF), I drive candidate recruitment within various verticals (such as the CFFT Laboratory, Clinical Affairs, Information Technology, Community Partnerships, and Financial Services departments as well as our Field and Chapter offices) through the execution of sourcing strategies focused on creating diverse talent pools to meet both the Foundation's immediate and future hiring needs. I am passionate about championing diversity and inclusion in all forms firmly believing that different experiences and perspectives contribute to a greater outcome. I hold an AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter credential demonstrating this commitment. Furthermore, my skills in workforce planning and project management enable me to deliver effective and efficient solutions to talent challenges all while maintaining a customer/client focused approach which I have found to be key to any successful partnership. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in History and Political Science and am an avid runner having completed the Chicago, Boston, and New York City marathons.
