Enthusiastic and dependable business development professional with a proven track record of managing client relationships, streamlining processes, developing/reporting KPIs, training new talent, and strategic planning for fast changing business needs. Proud member of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Pharma Services Group, Drug Substance Division, serving our clients to manufacture biologics for their novel therapeutics. I have over seven years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry - at the bench as well as commercial roles in sales and marketing. My prior roles have supported multiple fields/disciplines such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, genetic testing/clinical diagnostics, and cell therapy research, in varying market segments such as biotech, pharma, academia, hospitals, reference and public health labs. I am always trying to learn new subjects to better myself and the teams I work in, and an advocate for strategic frameworks and data-driven approaches for success and decision making. Set a goal, create a strategy, execute, iterate. Beyond my undergraduate degree I’ve continued my education by earning certificates from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business, NC State, and Product School. I am also a part-time MBA candidate at the University of Rochester's Simon Business School. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors (trail running, mountaineering, kayaking), reading, and cooking.
