About Mason Braly

I build the operational infrastructure that lets fast-growth companies scale without breaking.Over 6+ years in high-growth wellness and operations roles, I've been the person brought in to turn chaos into systems, building platforms, frameworks, and processes that enable small teams to manage exponential growth. What I've built:→ Scaled a local fitness startup from 70 monthly classes in Austin to 1,200+ classes across 200 communities in 10 states as the first full-time hire, building the operational foundation that led to a 5.5x EBITDA acquisition→ Designed and AI-assisted development of a contractor management platform that increased team capacity by 33% and drove 15% growth in class attendance across 300 client accounts→ Led rapid COVID pivot by launching a virtual fitness platform in 4 weeks, recovering from 100% revenue loss and improving margins by 50%→ Reduced contractor onboarding from 30 to 14 days through ATS implementation, enabling 115% increase in hiring capacity during nationwide expansion→ Managed pricing and procurement for 400+ annual proposals totaling $30M, maintaining 72% profit margins with 85% win rateWhat drives me:I'm drawn to companies where operations directly impact people's lives, wellness tech, health, and mission-driven spaces where efficiency isn't just about profit, it's about delivering better experiences at scale.Currently managing operations for $1.5M in annual revenue at Torch Fitness while completing my BBA at Texas Tech (4.0 in major coursework).Tools: Airtable | Asana | NetSuite | Salesforce | Zapier | Excel | Notion | ClickUpAlways happy to talk operations strategy, scaling challenges, or wellness tech.
