My name is Mason Holman, and I am a Senior at the University of Utah, studying Entrepreneurship and Strategy in one of the nation’s top-ranked programs. Through my academic and professional experiences, I have cultivated a versatile skill set that includes expertise in Excel, finance, accounting, supply chain management, sales and marketing, and team collaboration. Additionally, I’ve gained valuable experience running my own businesses, demonstrating my entrepreneurial mindset and leadership abilities. In sales, I achieved notable success as a door-to-door sales representative for Moxie Pest Control, where I sold 145 accounts and generated in revenue within just three months. This role taught me how to interact with new people daily, manage customer relationships, and drive results under pressure. My professional background is diverse, including two years of experience in general construction and concrete work, as well as managing a growing residential and commercial window cleaning business in Salt Lake City, where I generated over in revenue through effective marketing and operations. My leadership experience spans a variety of settings, from managing sales teams and training new recruits to leading groups ranging from 5 to 250 people and coordinating efforts on large-scale projects. With a passion for innovation, strategic problem-solving, and building meaningful connections, I am excited to leverage my unique experiences and education to create value in any organization I contribute to. Born and raised in Utah, I spent two years in southern Arizona as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where I became fluent in Spanish, developed exceptional communication skills, and honed my ability to lead and work with diverse groups. I love to golf, read, bowl, snowmobile, dirt bike, fish, travel, spend time with friends and family, watch movies, and try new things.
