With a background in customer service, I have become a confident leader and teacher. I'm an expert in showing new employees the ropes, and how to be most successful on the job. As a shift supervisor at Starbucks, I led my co-workers daily with a stress-free, casual, and professional demeanor to achieve our daily sales goals. In my previous 10 years of restaurant and customer service work I wore many hats-busser, server, bartender, trainer, FOH (front of house coordinator), corporate trainer, and shift supervisor. These experiences have taught me that my professional value boils down to the following-I am an employee-of-the-month caliber worker -I am comfortable with Craft3, WordPress, Square Space, Square Weebly, and Wix website editor and builder-I am a driven individual, all I want to do is achieve the business's goal at any level-I'm comfortable around technology and proficient with Microsoft Office and social media-I understand the needs of designers and videographers. I also can communicate the needs to clients that typically are hard to explain to benefit the designer and videographer-If I can help others succeed, that is a win in my book-I'm a born leader, I won't force the promotion, but I'll prove I deserve it-I run towards the fires -I'm the calm and collected one.
