About Mason McAnear

As a SAF/IS Regional Program Specialist at the American Red Cross, I oversee the delivery of information and referral services to military and veteran families across the North Texas Region. I manage teams of volunteers, lead resiliency workshops, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency of service. I have over six years of working with veterans and their families in higher education. I am also a proud veteran, having served in the Air Force and received the Air Force Achievement Medal for my outstanding performance in Operation Inherent Resolve. I have honed my skills in problem solving, tenacious work ethic, and servant leadership through my education and work experiences. I am passionate about supporting and empowering our military members, veterans, and their families. I am committed to the mission and values of the American Red Cross. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and contribute to the organization's goals and vision.
